MELTON FARM is a working conservation agricultural enterprise, providing a valuable community service.

With our specialized equipment and trained operators we are able to offer our clients a comprehensive plot clearing and land rehabilitation service.

This includes our mulching of plant waste material, ploughing, disking and seed spreading.

In our plot clearing services, we are aiding in eradicating alien and invasive plants and utilizing the plant waste in producing a high quality enriched compost.

The process assists in improving air quality by reducing the burning of land clearing debris, reducing gas emissions associated with organic wastes in landfills and reducing the cost of transporting organic wastes.

This helps the community move towards its goal of zero waste and shows commitment to environmental sustainability.

We are then able to use our biomass compost, compost mulch and specialized potting soil to help in the rehabilitation of the land and the recycling of life,  slowly reducing the need for chemical fertilizers.
